Brian, along with his wife, Michele, are the founders, vision holders and apostolic servant leaders of Awakening International Church (AIC) located in southwestern Pennsylvania at Revloc. Planting and nurturing AIC since March of 2000, Awakening International Church provides an oasis for the broken and an equipping and training center for the passionate. Embracing an authentic lifestyle, the Tunstall’s relate effortlessly to diverse people groups and cultures with the love of Jesus Christ. Consistently crossing denominational, ethnic and cultural barriers, Brian has influenced diversified groups from mainline Protestant, Catholic churches, corporate business and governmental leaders to impoverished communities in the United States, Guatemala, Thailand, South Africa and South Korea. He is an active itinerate international speaker and facilitator of mission teams sent evangelistically and apostolically to shift families, governments, and nations in the earth.

 

With a heart for the young generation and the increasing orphan population of the world, Brian can be found relating comfortably as a father to today’s youth while also relaying the Father’s heart to impoverished, orphaned children of the world. Brian serves as pastoral oversight to two NGO ministries within Guatemala City – Dorie’s Promise, an orphanage resolving the abandonment crisis within the city and Believe Guatemala, an integrated community in the Guatemala City dump sustaining children’s lives and spirituality in the harsh environment.

Celebrating 28 years of marriage in 2018, Brian and Michele have two adult children and reside in Belsano, PA with their West Highland Terrier, Zoey.
